What Are Sends & How Do I Get Them To Advertise My Sites?
One send is the ability to send out your email advert to one person, or you can use them to exchange for banner and text link ads. What we do is when you click the links in other peoples emails and match the symbol we reward you with a number of sends. These sends can then be used to send mails to other members who can click on the links to collect sends themselves.
How Do I Generate/Collect Sends?
Simply click the links in the emails you receive from other members, then wait for the timer to count down and then click the matching image. You will then be rewarded for that view with sends that you can use to send to others.
When Do I Get Monthly Included Sends?
Monthly send bonuses are added to upgraded members accounts monthly as a bonus for logging in each month. Members subscribed monthly will get their sends added the day the subscription renews each month and members subscribed yearly or for life will get their monthly send bonus on the first day of each month that they login.
My Email Failed The Checker & Will Not Send, Why?
The checker should inform you fo the reason for failure. You can correct the issue and try again. If you still have trouble but believe there is no issue with the site you are promoting then please submit a support ticket with the Subject Line, Email Text & the full link as you added it so we can look into this for you.
Why Or Will I Get Lots Of Email?
We are a mailer so you will receive lots of emails from other members. These contain the links for you to click and collect sends. Because we are a mailer we recommend you join using a email address you normally use for mailers or safe lists of filter your emails from us into a separate folder.
I Have Forgot My Password?
You can request your password or password change by using the forgot password page. Linked from the login page. Your passwords are encrypted so we are unable to give it to you so if the system mail does not find its way to you then you can request by support ticket that we reset it to one of our choice and you can change it when logging in.
I Am Not Getting Emails / Verification Emails From MailOurList.com?
You can use the resend page. Link to this can also be found on the login page. This will resend the email confirmation link to you. Sadly all our system can do is send out the link. If you do not get it then it will be down to your email service provider blocking our emails. You can whitelist us Click here for instructions as this normally solves it. If after whitelisting you still do not get emails from us then you will need to use a different email.

How Do I Cancel My Membership Upgrade Subscription?
To cancel your membership you need to visit the website of the payment processor that you used and cancel your subscription there. Otherwise they will continue to send us payments for the membership upgrade and our system will automatically extend your membership paid for period. The easy way to do this is to click on the last payment you sent us and look for the link saying payment in reference to subscription, clicking that will bring up the subscription page and at the bottom you should find a cancel subscription link.
Can I Earn Money With Your Site?
Yes we have a full affiliate program built in to the site. We pay affiliate commissions on direct referrals purchases only from your direct promotion of our service. How Can I Cancel My Account If I Do Not Like It?
Inside you can simply click on your profile/details page found in the members menu and you will find a delete account button. This will instantly remove your account and stop all emails from us. Please note this action is final we do not hold any information after you delete your account so we are unable to get your account back. Remember if you do decide to go to use our exchange guarantee so you get your moneys worth at another site. If you have a active subscription for an upgrade or ad package then it is your responsibility to log into the used payment processors website and cancel it there or they will continue to send us the money.
